     Not so funky, but much clearer and easier to explore (perhaps speeding up transitions, and slightly increasing font size)

     https://learning.mozilla.org/en-US/web-literacy interactive and again shows a different way of showing the outer rings data to your current almost PIE CHART representation

     Agreed. Good point about a house symbol in the centre. But overall, too clunky for so much data, and ultimately difficult to read. I'll probably stick with the barchart this time.

     For the records, I'll most probably end up leaving out the zoomable sunburst (not intuitive enough for too many people, and pretty bad in conveying data), and instead opt for an adjusted zoomable circle packing.
